if i was to buy second hand lowering springs do i get it tracked straight away seen as though they will have allready settled in .

id leave the tracking a few days to settle on your car

Suppose it wouldn't do any harm to get the tracking checked to be on the safe side. Now let me check out options for coilovers.....!!!!

It's not the springs that settle, it's the springs settling down into the mountings so I would still wait a few days before getting the wheel alignment (not just tracking) checked.
