I've Had A Crash!

John

Just got my car back from Lexus Stockport (well they actually send it to Smith Knight Faye in Audenshaw for the work) and I am happy with the result. SO hopefully they will be able to sort you out as well.

yeah, it is the smith knight faye bodyshop, so at least they should do a good job.

it's taken them 3 days to recover my car, instructed them to collect it on monday and i was told it would get to their bodyshop on monday. yesterday they couldnt tell me where the car was and its finally turned up today, 3 days later. i wish id sent the car to lexus bolton for repairs now, this isnt exactly good service in my opinion, what do you think?

so as of yet no repairs have been authorised and an engineer from my insurance co is yet to see the car.

spent most of yesterday on the phone trying to locate my car and at the hospital, what a complete ball ache!

Mine ended up being in for 9 days just for a door, when they originally said it would take 4 or 5. Couldn't complain though as I got a nice new LE to drive, via Accident Exchange all charged back to the other side.

total cost £4119.37.

new sports grill is listed at £59.15, somewhat different to what the dealerships sell them for, lots of profit to be had on those i think!

Mines going in in a couple of weeks too, with a bill of £4188.49 :P

What worries me is that after doing all those repairs, will it be the same? They try to convince me it will..........
