Sat Nav- Is Tomtom Go Good Value?

Hi All

The new TomTom Go 300 system is out now and at Maplins it is £339.99! see this site

Also where is the best place to fit the TT Go box,in the centre tray, on the windscreen

Is there another system that I can put in my IS200 Sport (no sat nav!) which is superior

I am prepared to pay more for a better product, any Suggestion peps

I'm looking at the same type of units - ICN510 Navman or TomTom 500 (out soon more features) are top of my list at the moment - Navman slimmer so easier to fit into my RAV - waiting for premium spec unit price to drop - whole EU mapping etc - but do like the look of the TTG unit still ...

the TTG is good.

there are newer units out, with things like phone integration, traffic news etc - which is probably why the basic unit is dropping in price

Got my Dad's Garmin unit last year from GPS Warehouse - not got link but a search will bring them up.

Loads of other places doing them including Comet / Dixons / Halfords (stocking TomTomGo during May I was told - already do Navman and others ...).

I have the Navman ICN610

Very good nav system.. very clear and reroutes very quickly... quite vocal too.

Has anyone tried smartnav? I have satnav, but was just wondering whether its better than these things like tomtom go and the like ;)

Has Prolex-UK produced a Sat Nav system for IS200 models without one , has any one purchased this system and what is the all up fitted price
