Tuesday 17.00 I took delivery of my Black IS250 Sport with multimedia pack and automatic gearbox.

Satisfied so far :)

Looks like my IS 220, cept I can't see a difference with the wheel size. Looks great in black doesn't it. Enjoy him/her...

I got the my winter tyres on the car right now, so only 16" the OEM 18" will be put on in about a week :)

In Sweden the option is available.

Car looks great, although with that weather, keeping that lovely black paint clean must be a nightmare!

Just had a quick browse on the German site, and it appears they've done the same with the new IS as they did with the old IS - the Sport is available as an auto, and also has leather seats as an option. Can't see why they decided against it for the UK, big mistake in my opinion ;)

Have fun washing it, they are lovely ( black cars) when clean but :tsktsk: to keep clean.

Yes I have the 18" OEM wheels too.

I found it alot better then my old is200 with winter tyres, not as keen to let go with the back.

It really does look great in black. Nice looking rims too, they were the ones offered by the Lexus dealer? Never saw the 16" ones.

@ Jamboo - Regarding driving in the snow, mine actually has 17" (225 wide) winter tyres and it has performed well above expectations in the snow.

The ones offered by my dealer, I had to choose between the 16" lexus OEM or 16" of another brand :) These are actually not the one I choose to begin with, but they were unable to get hold of them.
