I dont get any noise when in full electric mode in LS, full stealth creeping Jesus mode 😂 if thes a noise coming off electric id say thes a problem somewhere... my Gs was the same..quiet as a mouse with slippers on tip toeing across kitchen floor only seen 1 other SC up my way and only seen it once.. rarer than my LS up this way, to many deer up that a835 for my liking to hoof it up there in any of my cars do it all the time in lorry tho up to Ullapool or lochinver, been many a road kill by our lorrys going up there ps just coz im extra smug here’s a pic of my two with matching regs Next jobs on my to do list are dechrome front of SC and possibly rear badges unsure on them at mo as being black they might fade into body work and basically disappear if i went full black on rear badges also change tint colour on headlights currently sourcing out parts to two tone interior leathers and going to change wood trim to carbon and change steering wheel to all leather

I parked my ls600hl up for almost 7mths when i was diagnosed with cancer, just over 3 yrs ago, (undercover in my garage i may add) and once i finished treatment and started driving again my only problem was dead battery... disabled auto handbrake whilst it sat in garage.... if left outside id say it would need a run every now and then to stop discs rusting up tho

Lexus dont sell lcd screen separately, and i havent been able to source one else where either i think you best sit down when i tell you how much lexus want to replace this, bearing in mind they dont replace lcd screen but whole unit £2900 plus vat and fitting....

I bought after market ones for my LS600hL (infrared) orginal lexus ones are priced at £120 EACH , after market ones i got where £20

Just a few Chris..... i detoured off my route back home to catch up with a ex army mate of mine I hadn’t seen for quite a few years , so had a drink and swing of lantern sat on sandbags and a good catch up lol weather stayed nice and did most of run up road with roof down and got to test out the top speed (on a private road obviously 🙄 lol)

All above jobs you mentioned have been done very recently prior to me buying this meister r coilovers recently fitted new upgraded disc and pads custom made exhaust... lovely growl to it and a little extra mod fitted that gives the devil control of car when accelerator pushed.... 2 setting extremely fast and warp lol for me to buy a SC in the 1st place ...it had to be different than stock look,

Hi neil, 255/35 on 19s my first thing im wanting to source and change is the interior, im not keen on the beige/ivory, i spent hours yesterday trying to brighten it up but just looks grubby even tho its not and change seat belts to black so wanting to go black leather... finding a decent complete interior has been fruitless at moment so might just bite the bullet and get a complete new re-trim if i go that way ill get it two toned saves me having to change carpet and plastic bits then thes steering wheel we spoke of and going to change wood surrounds to black carbon effect double din stereo dechrome and repaint grille

I also park as far away as possible or park next to another nice looking motor, more likely they will be as passionate with their car as i am with mine and be careful opening doors and driving out i do carry a blue badge but will only use it when i have the entitled holder in car with me... failing that I’ll send the mrs with her car to do any shopping i need lol i will not and i do not condone the double parking in spaces as more than likely to get a upset person to damage the car for poor inconsiderate parking

Me personally would swap the fuse around, cant see anything going wrong putting a fuse into the empty slot, also might of been worth swapping module with other side to see if it was at fault.....

Ive still the silly grin as well, and always look back at it after parking it up as i walk away, and proud as punch

Works on the facelift models as well so ive read today on another forum...

I had all these come on a couple of years ago and it was down to a dodgy 12v battery, replaced with new battery and sorted

I have the rsr package in mine and kids love it and is used all the time , ive used it once personally but only when it was parked up as i dont allow anyone else to drive my car ..... when i first started looking at a 600 i had the same thoughts as yourself, i like my gadgets and alway personally go for the best model and options on a car plus thinking of when i do sell it it should stick out more in the market than just a standard model 2006-2009 LS600hL with rsr are 2 seaters in rear 2010 upwards are 3 seater in rear with rsr

No... my 1st ever LS was in my garage as i was changing a light bulb and had a jag on drive blocking the ls , mrs said to save you jumping in n out of jag to take ls out of garage she’d take LS out once i moved jag... unknown to her as LS engine so quiet, it was already running and as she hadn’t driven a auto before she started to shift the gear stick to get the feel of it, it started to reverse back and she panicked and hit the accelerator ...zooming back towards jag she threw it into drive and shot forward thru the front of garage, bricks n tools went flying, she refused to get out of car as thought i was going to shout at her, i wasnt i was just wanting to make sure she was ok.... since that day she has never asked or attempted to drive any of my lexus, even more so coz the size of the LS600hL, if i ever see her even looking at my keys i’ll Remind her of that day 😂😂😂
