    I'm insured with Lexus too and i've declared ALL mods to them. My renewal quote seemed quite cheap so went through all mods with them again couple of months back just to check and no probs it seems... But then I'm getting on a bit now so maybe that's how I can get away with it TG

    Hi. How about using "Lexus Motor Insurance" Tel 0800 1383200 Open 8-8 Mon - Fri and 8-4 Sat.. Managed on behalf of Lexus GB by Royal & SunAlliance Insurance plc. Underwritten by Aioi Motor and General Insurance Company of Europe Limited. Halved my insurance costs when I switched to them from CIS couple of years ago. Hope this info is useful. TG

    Hi. Can I hijack this for a bit - Apologies .... Is a Quick shift very easy to bung in ? Is it all doable from inside - ie- just take out the centre console etc Or do you need to venture under the car to line it up or something ? I've had a TRD short shifter sitting round here for quite a while now. Instructions looks pretty easy but thought I'd just like to confirm with someone with experience before I wreck something Cheers TG

    Is this with the standard exhaust manifold ? There's a known problem of pre-cats (there are 2 in the manifold) breaking up and causing power loss through exhaust blockage. TTE started including a decatted manifold as part of the s/c conversion. Monster-Mat will back me up on this suggestion as he suffered it too - as did I. TG
