  3. Auto express launched their "Driver Power" award 8 years ago .. Lexus has won it every year until now. So for the first time ever another manufacturer has won it ..... S K O D A Here's the story ... http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/carreviews/ne...9431/skoda.html Now that's pretty scary isn't it TG
  4. I knew I'd seen this asked recently so did a quick search and found "steviewevie" had provided the following answer .... <<<<<<<<<< See the vin plate, where it says "axle" there are 4 characters, e.g. A02A or A02B. Check the fourth character - "A" means open (non-LSD) diff and "B" means LSD. >>>>>>>>>> You can find the whole thread here ... http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/forum/ind...showtopic=59200 Hope that helps. TG

  8. Yikes, what another one already ?? Cheers mate. TG
  9. Do you mean 8th July which was yesterday or tomorrow, Friday which is 10th July ? TG
  10. My car is mid 2001 SE model but not entirely sure if that's the answer to your question. I'd put shox + springs off a sport model on to get slight height reduction but can't recall the year of the car they came off. And it's those ones that I got the part numbers from so afraid I can't be sure of a reliable answer - sorry about that. Subsequently TTE fitted some of their coilovers (and rollbars) for me which is what's on there now. I sent original shocks to a LOC member in the Netherlands and gave other set + springs etc to a club member local to me. TG
  11. I had a couple of sets of standard IS200 suspension sitting in my shed for ages ... The brand name on the shocks wasn't KYB it was TOKICO. Part numbers stamped on them were 48510-53040 (fronts) and 48530-53030 (rears). Gave it all away to another LOC'er to make some space in the end. Just found a bit of paper I scribbled this info down on so thought add to this topic for confusion :) TG
  12. They are available in a Blue colour which goes fine with the Sapphire Blue (8M6). Got them on mine and you'd struggle to tell they're not the same shade of Blue. TG
  13. H a P p Y b I r T h D a Y s I r Hope you're enjoying your holiday too ... Cheers TG

  17. Alternatively there's this bunch who seem to do a selection of genuine lexus service parts http://stores.ebay.co.uk/japartsltd TG
  18. Will this store be any good ?? Definitely does the eyelids amongst other things .... That 's where mine came from anyway http://stores.ebay.com/1ststuff4u TG
  19. Are you sure that would have done it with 1k ? Reckon it just might have had the 16k ram pack plugged on the back TG
  20. Might be showing my age a bit here but I thought fog lights were deliberately yellow to pierce the fog. Helped with visibility as bright white chavvy driving lights simply got reflected all over causing lots of glare and reduced visibility. TG
  21. Nope. The OEM shocks are made by Tokico. TG
  22. Enjoy your Apple juice mate and nuovo anno felice to everybody .... TG
  23. Not sure if this is useful but the part number for the TRD short shift which fits an IS200 is 33530-SE100 TG
  24. Gordon Brown will probably volunteer to use British taxpayers cash to bail them out as part of his 'saving the world' garbage :shutit:
