    i keep thinking about changing the colour of mine, but all my mates like the standard colour. I'd appreciate some pics of different coloured wheels on Plat Ice.

    I got a Rockford 360 Processor and its definately worth the cash. Especially when you consider the additonal cost and complexities invloved in keeping the factory sat nav working.

    Did mine today too, Steve's guide was good help, really easy job and pleased with the results.

    The seats dont fold down, which is a total pain. I put mine on the back seats. I have to take both wheels off, there on quick release and mines got disk brakes (so dont have to deflate the tyres) so its not the end of the world. Not very practical though.

    Mine's Plat Ice, I've taken the lettering badges off but left the Lexus logo in the middle. Definately looks cleaner. What a pain in the a*rse job it is though!

    What is the spec of the 19's your running (widths, offsets etc) and what size tyres? I need some 19's in my life!

    I get 500 mins and unlimited texts off Vodafone for £15, and no contract. But thats just with a normal phone, nothing flashy. I was looking at getting an Iphone or similar but couldn't really see the point in spending all thhe extra money on a monthly contract and being tied in to a contract, seems like there isn't many good deals around at the minute.

    Really nice car, its totally made by those wheels. I absolutely adore them. Are the offsets different front and rear? They fill the arches out really well.

    Car looks really clean. Definately think that is my favourite colour for an IS.

    Yeah its not bad at all, even on ebay there generally around £10 each. The VK20 (60,000 mile type) are available too for extra £15-ish. I didnt think it was worth the extra cash.

    I've done mine Silver. I'll try and get a pic. Anything other than silver or possibly black/grey would look wrong with Plat ice.

    What type of kit is it if is has Lexus stamped on it? Doesnt look like a Sport kit? Anybody know where I can buy a one of those plain slated debadged grills?

    Never realised you could get an IS200 with full leather.

    I agree with the above. If the car has any bad swirls then you could polish the whole car with Megs ScratchX (or similar) before you start the 3 step and after clay. All Scratch X is is a very light abrasive, so it will take out light swirls just caused by poor car washing technique. If the paint is actually distorted or its been repainted at some point in the past then it'll need a pro machine polish with something more abrasive.

    It should be ok. I'd rather have PUF (which is hard credit card type plastic) than fibreglass. You'll never know what the fit is like until you buy it.

    Gorgeous looking bumper! Its such a shame there difficult to get a hold of. A company should make a replica, seen as 99% of the aftermarket styling products available for the IS200 is utter toss.

    Cheap yes but not as good value as HSD. Another oner and you could have european made mono tube dampers and full replacement set of suspension mounts. Thats what I'm saving towards :)

    Never heard of this happening on an IS200. Seems like a pretty unique case. I think you may have to pull the dash out and try to trace the problem.
