    Cheers mate. I emailed him as I thought it was the best way as previous email contact was embedded as well with pics of the car too. Hopefully he'll email me back as I wanna try and get the car in for repair asap.

    I cant see them being difficult to make if someone knows what they're doing. Were these rings specifically made for the IS200 by lexus or by a company or were they just generic rings?

    noticed quite a few people with metall rings around their heater dials but where do you get them from? i think it looks really nice

    cool but looking at ur pic it says detachable panel on the screen....huhhhh...what part comes off? this is well interesting coz it was the security issue which always put me off double dins.

    have they got a jig as I dont remember asking them lol. apart from that tho mate, will they be able to collect my car repair it then drop it off again? I know it may cost a bit more but with the car not being road legal yet it'll have to be dropped back off at mine

    cheers mate. so what are they like when it comes to bodywork repair and spraying? obviously the main thing I need doing at the moment is the accident repair but with what you have to say about them and if I use them I may just get the service stuff done from them as well.

    I'm due to be sending my car in for repair this week hopefully and was recommended auto-serve be Anees. Just wondering if anyone else has used them and could tell me what their work is like??

    just when I get my parts sorted I cant believe that hills have got cars in. I was hunting around for ages for parts and asked hills as well but they didnt have any in and now all the ones they got are the same colour as mine lol. I bet most of the front end parts have already gone tho.

    thats an easy and cheap repair mate. The damage to my car is similar to that.

    If you can post pics of the car them I'm sure someone will be able to help you out as we'll then be able to see what the damage is.

    so we wont have to pay silly tax next year???

    I think there may be a similar problem to my car as the passenger side front wheel is back a bit in the arch compared to the drivers side. Its not been on my initial list of things to do yet though as the car still needs to get repaired. Once its repaired then will look into getting the suspension checked

    Front panel is what holds your rad,headlights,slam panel bumper etc mate. Its the metal frame basically behind the bumper. Would anyone suggest me getting quotes off other lexus dealers or would I get the same prices you think? Only problem is that for the north west its only lexus bolton that do body parts now apparently, well thats what lexus manchester told me IIRC

    the final part I need before I can send the car to the bodyshop and get it repaired is a full front panel but can someone tell me what sorta discount we can get from lexus? When I rang lexus bolton I managed to get a price IIRC of £163 inc vat for a full front panel for my IS200 and this was including a 10% discount. Can someone tell me if this is a good price as I was told £250 including chassis leg ends from a breakers? Can we get any further discount than 10% from lexus also??
