  1. I believe he sold it in 2019, a buyer in Ireland if I recall…… search supercharged isf and you’ll find the thread.
  2. I also replaced mine but couldn’t stomach the Lexus UK price so sourced them from Japan: https://www.amayama.com/en/part/toyota/049470w020 £135 for all 4 corners including shipping. Took about 10 days to arrive
  3. Bought if from Lexus Hatfield in June 2012 and sold privately July 2017
  4. Glad to see my old car is still looking sharp!
  5. Wow, I sold this one in July 2017 having owned it since 2012. Hasn’t done very many since then at all.
  6. It was a group buy organised by an old member who used to make frequent trips to the US. The link to the company is in the above post, I’m sure you can source them in the UK now.
  7. Yep that’s would be who I sold it to in 2017. I sold it with Blackview 650s front & view camera’s.
  8. No issues, always serviced by Lexus. Only thing I had to replace other than discs and pads was the battery. All 4 wheels were refurbished at the same time so the paint matched as no one knows the actual paint code. Changed the interior bulbs to LED’s, changed the front fog lights to LED, resprayed the callipers to ‘burnt copper’ and put Hawk ceramic pads on the front for less dust. Only sold it to buy an RC F.
  9. I owned this car until July 2017, doesn’t seem to have done many miles in 3 years. And gone up in value!
  10. I owned this car until July 2017, doesn’t seem to have done many miles in 3 years.
  11. Hi Pete I work in Haywards Heath so can drop my car in for them to have a look at. Do you know exactly what they will or want to do? Steve
  12. Could be fun, depends which way round the M25 you going to go????
  13. Yep I get the lag when accelerating hard. It doesn't happened all the time and difficult to replicate. Seems to happen most after a period of gentle throttle and then flooring it but only sometimes. Happens in all drive modes. I've read both the topics in your link & I've not heard of any UK cars with the full pump whine or failure and I I cant figure out if its just the engine and gearbox sorting themselves out or something else. The general consensus in the states appears to be that after the re flash the issue is lessened or fixed. Mines going in for its service & MOT at the beginning of March so i've emailed them about the TSB and to see if they can do the recall on the fuel pump as the same time.
  14. Yep much better to have one F forum Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  15. Don't think it's a target as their so rare. Do agree that the car gets a lot more attention, looks and comments than my IS F did. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  16. Mine comfortably stays on over night as use the car everyday. That's includes leaving the wi fi on which then connects to the house router. Handy as I can download direst to my pc or tablet rather than having to take the SD card out Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. I had a blackvue DR750s front and rear camera put in mine about a month ago. Cable for the ear camera run along the drivers side door sill and cable power run down the drivers side pilar and then spliced onto a permanent live underneath the steering wheel. Also had a Power Magic, voltage meter fitted which cuts the power if the battery drops below 11.8 volts. Fitted sourced and fitted by this company www.blackvue.co.uk Took about 1.5 hours for them to do. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

  19. Having just jumped from an IS F to the RC F I am also not to happy with the lack of spare wheel and this looks like a good solution. Not sure my diy skills are as good as yours though with making the cut outs and carpeting! Yours looks pretty professional though. Where did you source the wheel from?
  20. Yep me too, just jumped from an IS F with a space saver to RC F with a can of glue and a pump............ would much prefer to have an actual spare so would be good to know if the one you've sourced fits.
  21. I'd be up for this depending on when in 2018 it is. Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  22. Yep and sadly sold it last week[emoji22] Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  23. 7 years, 2 IS F's. 2010 to 2017 Sent from my SM-G928F using Tapatalk
  24. Yep I jumped from a 2008 to a MY2010 back in 2012 mainly for asthetic reasons as loved the ultrasonic blue with white interior combo, the dealer offered me a good px and knocked a fair bit off the new car price as well so made sense financially. Nothing else came close in terms of reliability, power, rarity etc so stuck with the same type rather than jumping to the BMW, Merc or Audi usual suspects. Added bonuses of making the upgrade were full post code input on the sat nav, better phone integration and music streaming, car came with the option 'mesh' wheels which very few have and of course the fact it was slightly faster as its blue! Is it true that silver paint is heavier and slows the car down??? yes it's has the Torsen LSD and tweaked suspension but did I notice any real difference from the 2008, no. There both quite firm rides but isn't that what you would expect from this type of car. Just wish they'd also moved the sport button to the steering wheel for the MY2010 rather than wait for the 2011 facelift. Only other difference between the 2010 and 2011 versions is the addition of DRL's at the expense of the adaptive headlights and change in layout of the rev counter and speedo etc as far as I can tell.
