This brings back memories of all those Rover SD1 2600 and 2300 belts that I changed all those years ago along with Valves, cam carriers and everything else that failed regulary on that wonderful underated Triumph Engine.

On the same note of choosing a car colour, i'm currently re decorating my house. I wonder if anyone could give me some ideas of what the best colours and type of floorcoverings i should get. Whilst i'm at it, can anyone suggest the best setting for the picture on my new Satsuma Castanet Super Wide High Definition TV as well? -
This explains why I had Five wheel nuts in the boot. I have MK1 Sport wheels and a Standard 16" spare.

Change it mate. It's a breeze. Hardest part is cracking the crank pulley nut off.

Go for it Clive. When you get it off, check it for warping with a straight edge and a feeler gauge.

Mobil one causing sludge???? Not heard of that before unless its used for about 2 mile jpurneys a day.

C'mon Keith. Where did you get them? I have no complaints about my lights. They have been upgraded but I don't know what to. They are 1000% better than the candles I had on my 300ZX though

I would never use a cheap and nasty oil because everytime I use my car, the Engine is used. If the Air Con fails then I can live with it and my Engine will still work.

That mr muscle stuff is great for cleaning ally inlet manifolds but i've only tried it on the outside.

I did consider selling mine because I haven't used it for the last 9 weeks but today it came out of the garage and all thoughts of selling disappeared when i sat in those unmarked chairs and smelt that lovely interior. It would have been up for a fair bit more than 2K though.

I still have a spare set set of MK1 sport Wheels. In fact I think i have six. Still haven't finished of the refurbing yet though. Happy days.

I sold my first GS and got a 300ZX. Great car until an attempted car Jacking saw me sell it and get back in an even better GS.

Make sure the engine is running and Air con on when adding the stuff. I have been well thankful for it working over the last few weeks.

At least someone has had the sense to add a type of antifreeze instead of just plain water. I wouldn't let that put me off but then most of my cars come via Ebay after a few beers so who am i to say.
