  1. Actually, you do need to unlock the car first. Then you can open the hatch. Do you not have the manual? It would save you a lot of time. Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
  2. The noise is referred to as Active Noise Control (ASC). It is only available on the F-Sport model. It produces a computer generated engine noise inside the car via the speakers to enhance the sportiness of the car. The ASC even simulates the gear changes of a traditional auto box and varies in intensity, depending on whether the car is in Eco, Normal, or Sport mode. It can be fun. For a short while. In the same way as the paddle shifters also available in the F-Sport. You play with them for a bit, but the novelty soon wears off, in my opinion at least. 3. I do not believe you can change the locking/unlocking settings, or at least in the way you are describing. With regards to the 'sound' and assuming you have an f-sport car, you will find a switch to the left of the steering column, at knee level. Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
  4. It might be popular in Malta! I don't dislike the pale blue colour Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
  5. I tend to rely on Google maps for navigation, fixed camera warning and speed monitoring. The car's (any car's) speedometer is, purposefully I guess, inaccurate in the sense that the speed it displays is below your real speed, as shown on Google maps or similar. The higher the speed, the larger discrepancy. Lexus navigation trends to be accurate, but it simply reacts too slowly to events: it often tells you of a jam once you're already in it, rather than proactively re route you. Fixed camera warning is out of date... And too much of a pain to update manually when Google (or similar Waze) gets dynamically updated. Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
  6. Sorry don't think previous link works... Try this... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07HNTCVFK/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awdb_btf_t1_6VuxFbV12P0WF Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
  7. I recommend the Syncwire phone holder: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Syncwire-Car-Phone-Mount-Scratch-free/dp/B07HNTCVFK/ref=sxts_sxwds-bia-wc-p13n1_0?cv_ct_cx=syncwire+phone+holder&dchild=1&keywords=syncwire+phone+holder&pd_rd_i=B07HNTCVFK&pd_rd_r=8ac20d4e-3479-4da3-8bf8-2bd87cef7e5a&pd_rd_w=TlerD&pd_rd_wg=ASKJh&pf_rd_p=ac0d213e-cad1-4b95-959d-53d1eaa5f88f&pf_rd_r=4V0017QVPV3SVEMV4C8Y&psc=1&qid=1599949814&sr=1-1-e4abe256-0722-424e-a8a3-6caa9bba7df8 We have this holder in our three cars. In each case, it is clipped to the airvent to the right of the steering wheel. My wife and son boy have iPhone 11. Mine is a Samsung Note 10 plus... Can't get much bigger than that, but it fits nicely in the holder. Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
  8. Lived in/near Munich for some years and used to drive from Munich to Paris across parts of Switzerland on a regular basis. The sceneries were just wonderful and equally beautiful in summer and winter.
  9. I think you'll be lucky to see this covered by warranty... But you never know I guess. Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk

  13. Ah yes,,, I recently noticed that Bolton have one for sale. I am assuming that it is a demo given the age and low mileage. To me, it looks great in the pics. Still have not seen one on the road.

  24. Run flats require special rims, so unless the car already had run flats, which I do not think is the case with the IS, you would have to replace the time also. A word of warning though: run flats mean a pretty hard ride. Our Mini has run flats and we would not choose then again, despite their benefits. Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
  25. This is the same price as a Tesla model 3. Sure, build quality may not be the same, but you get a while lot of car, range, space, performance and tech for the money. I think the price of the UX is very hard to justify... Even for a Lexus fan. Sent from my Galaxy Note 10 Plus using Tapatalk
