  1. great review - thanks for taking the time to let us all know your thoughts. i love the RX anyway & this definitely seems like an improvement to the enjoyment levels!
  2. wow! i'm in love - want one, now!!
  3. it'll probably get pulled for keyword spamming if you do that... :duh:
  4. yup, we get this too...like Mr M says, just wished i could see their startled expression when you DO flash them with mainbeam!! i'm a bit sad cos i think it's soooooo cool when the lights come on & you can see the beam levelling ;) captain kirk/picard/archer, here i come! :D (hmmm, just given away i'm a bit of a trekkie... )
  5. i've seen this parked up quite a few times at the carwash at Asda - assume from where it's parked, it must belong to an employee...and it always looks darn shiny & clean!!
  6. i've been reading/laughing at this but only just got around to actually reading his auction...he lives approx 5 mins away from me!!!! :o Scary Mary or wot?! hmmm...i feel a little tour of Alvaston coming on... (it's a pretty large area tho, have to have a proper look at his pics, see if i can recognise anything)
  7. CT125 is not required uless the run is over 100metres but a run of over 100 metres would also need an amp to boost signal so CT100 will be good enuff. What is the job in question Rodders? Bit more info and i can point you in the right direction mate. ← ooh. i'm looking at doing something similar to rodders - but i don't know where to start or what i need could i possibly PM u for assistance??? thanks Abbie
  8. very bad taste...but still amusing!
  9. whoops ignore me guys, the one hubby saw recently was blue! (not much difference if you squint a bit & the wind is in the right direction?!? ;) )
  10. i posted this one a few days ago, seen in Ilkeston - MUST be the same one, can't be many that look like this...

  13. near swimming baths in Ilkeston - hubby saw (for the 2nd time) a swiftly moving blue IS, Lexus de-badged but 'TDI' front & rear.......???????? very curious
  14. i've bought lots online, no problems at all. pricerunner, kelkoo etc are a good starting point but they don't always find the best price. i've found it best to research what you want by going round the shops, reading up (as per Mr M) then when you narrow it down to a few model numbers, just search on these using your normal search engine. it might take a few hours, but on a plasma or LCD tv, you could be saving £100's...(when we bought our 32" widescreen - we got the tv & stand, dvd home cinema & video player online for the price curry's wanted JUST for the tv!) try - hughesdirect.co.uk unbeatable.co.uk digital-point.co.uk rgbdirect.co.uk happy shopping!
  15. Many Happy Returns to 'Matt The Man" ....have a great day! :ooh-ducky: :hocus-pokus:
  16. i'm pretty damn sure it's an oily rag & a bit of spit....seems like we ALL have the same experience with them, wherever we are.
  17. we're in the process of extending our kitchen at the moment. we've splashed out on a shiny silver range cooker B) & i'm looking around for an american style fridge/freezer now. preferably in silver/aluminium colourway with ice & water dispenser. size isn't an issue (so many jokes, but i'll leave it! :P ) as we'll be building the new units after it's been delivered anyway. has anyone got one, or knows anyone who has? i'm looking for any tips on buying & if i spend anymore time trawling around the internet, i'll go goggle eyed!! :duh: i'd love the lexus equivalent of fridges ie Maytag, Admiral, GE etc, but i think these will be a bit pricey :shutit: , unless anyone knows where you can get graded/open box etc stock of these?? :) any info gratefully received :D
  18. i am deeply in love with this absolutely beautiful machine! stunning Lex you've got there... :winky:
  19. you aint stupid! - i was just wondering that too...
  20. well...i have to say...after careful consideration...she's a beauty!! the more pics i see, the better she gets, but just need some definite info on the 350 - ££££'s & when???
  21. Happy Birthday! best wishes, :ooh-ducky: Abbie
  22. welcome fellow midlands member! good to see another 300 too.
  23. i wouldn't be without mine, but then again - i did get lost whilst driving in Jersey... seriously tho, i think it makes you a better driver - just listen to the directions with a quick glance at the screen every now n again - loads more time to concentrate on your driving & what's going on around you.
