just got a price for tte 30mm springs from the lads at lexus in bristol= £195.95 all in so its got to be done and the boys at south west tyres will fit them for £80!!!!!

well, i hate to tell you this, unless Lexus fit them, there is a chance they will 'void your warranty'..

But, the good point is, they cannot invaildate your whole warranty - for instance, if your engine goes bang, they have to honor the warranty, basically, it only invalidates where the aftermarket addition has been a factor in the fault (for instance, if your shocks go)

oh yeah - have heard that one before! so what would they class as a mod garage then? u should ask them to name a few or ask them about the one ur planning on taking the car to and get it in writing that they approve of that garage to fit ur springs and that it wont affect your warranty - think they may well have a different story when asked to do that

Had my TTE springs fitted by Lexus Guildford and no warranty problems to date.

Knocking noise from rear suspension / bodywork still being investigated.

what is it with some people who love warranty, always got to buy a car with warranty when the could buy the same car/product for alot less money and the likelyness of it going wrong is very rare ! i could have paid alot more for my car with warranty but got it alot cheaper and nothing has gone wrong with it yet :P :P :P :P :P :P :P
