Mega Meet!

This is something I've been thinking of for ages but I've never posted up (until now!)

I love Las Vegas, and I also love the IS, so how about a meet bringing both together?!

This would be a great holiday and we'd sort out a meet over there, asking some of the US boys to show us what their car's look like and how they perform - would be a great time!

I know the place like the back of my hand so casino's, bar's, nightlife, you name it, it could be fun!

Would be suitable for single people or couple's, can arrange it around whatever!

Anyone fancy it?

It would be next year for sure, I'm still brassic, but wondered if there would be any interest from anyone here?

An option definately - what sort of cost are we looking at?

Flights, hotels, meal prices, etc etc.

Some rough figures might help (and it will give you something to do for an hour instead of watching porn ! :winky: )

It all changes depending on time of year mate, prices shoot up when they have conventions on then drop back down when it's quieter.

The summer is probably one of the cheapest times as it gets rather warm over there which women seem to like (it's in the middle of the desert after all!)

Usually it costs me around the £500 mark for flights and accomodation...

As for food a lot of stuff is buffets which is about $15 - $20 a pop, restaurants can vary depending on the quality.

A grand is usually good for a week, that usually covers trip to the grand canyon, tourist type stuff and gambling if you're into that.

Last time I shifted £800 on beer alone but it was a bit silly (2 x 36 hr benders in 75 hours!!!!)

Accomdation does vary depending on where you stay.

I'd always recommend somewhere like Luxor, Excalibur or New York, New York as they're pretty cheap but in a good location at that end of the strip - there are places like Stratosphere, Circus Circus and Riviera which are cheaper but the location isn't that great and what you save on hotel costs you spend on taxis getting everywhere you want to go!

If you're taking the mrs then somewhere like Bellagio, Paris, Caesar's, Mandalay Bay, Venetian or the latest mega resort, the Wynn, is guaranteed to get you in the good books

I've agreed to go with some of the lads next year but it sounds like they're taking women (one's even taking the parents!) so maybe even roll it in with that, I've been tour guide over there for a few lads holidays now, it's always fun!!!

We were there once and hadn't realised it was in town (honest) and we were in the Foundation Room with all the porn stars - some of those birds are seriously fit believe you and me!

I don't tend to fart on planes Bazza, saying that though a couple of us were quite bad on the way to Prague once!

I'd love to go to Vegas again, but i think next year will be full of dirty nappies for me . The funniest thing i saw was the Philipino women giving out the free porno mags to everyone on the Strip. They were even trying to give them to kids :D

Of course mate, Nine Fine Irishmen in the NYNY, cracking pint of Guinness, stunning bar staff (they look like Xena), cracking music and great food. What more could you want for breakfast :P

The guiness was that good in that place I got one of the lads on it, he's 29 and he'd never liked Guinness, he loved it over there, all shipped in from St James' Gate :D

In fact I'm gonna take this off topib but I saw the other day that they're finally bringing in Guiness to the UK from Dublin now - about time we got the proper stuff!!
