Car Tv Aerial

Right,

I've just bought a double din DVD/Radio/Tv tuner headunit but i need an aerial for the TV.

Anybody had any experience wih these. Particulary (excuse the spelling) the type that stick to the inside of your rear window.

Want something thats pretty cheap but gets me the four channels

Also anyone had one of the portable freeview boxes? Are these any good?

Ive got one of those tv aerials you stuck on the window. Dont look they are that great to be honest, but it might be bacause im in the city with a ***t load of buildings affecting the reception!?!

If anyone knows about any uprated aerials then I might look into it. I think mine cost bout $100 HK which is like 6 or 7 quid.

Thanks Sanj, I've seen that one before, but people say it isn't all that. Apparently there's a Bosch DVB one which is supposed to be the buts, but I can't find it!

ive got the freeview box linked to my headunit.

its ok sitting still in most areas but soon as its built up or your go over 25mph you lose the signal.

definitely need to buy an amplified ariel.

just not sure which one to buy.

ive got a kenwood kvt m707. there on eBay for around £330. u need a seperate dvd player, so i bought a kenwood one and it uses the touchscreen on the headunit, as appose to a non kenwood one not working with the touchscreen.

also got my xbox and music keg fitted so theres really no need for a dvd drive. just bought cos i could. lol

i attached my TV Aerial but had a really poor quality because of the window tints.... scrapped it lol

Ditto... I've got the aerial shown in the link above above. It's amplified but not that great on the move. I've got the Kenwood KVT-627DVD Screen. The freeview does give a great picture on it...

Apparently there is a Bosch DVB aerial out which is supposed to be quite good!
