i know its up to the person but i just wanted to know what you think

1) Leave it as it is and put it on

Or

2) take the Lexus Badge off and keep the sport one on....

what you think

and is there anything i need to watch out for when i change it...

i love my Lexus...apart form the swimming pool in the boot...

Take the L badge off and leave the sport one on, or even have no badges on the grille whatsoever.

Just my personal opinion, but I reckon a debadged sports grille, makes a car look meaner, but also different. Every other car has a big fat badge, so if you take yours off, they look twice at yer motor, coz they wondering what is so different about the front!!!

I agree with Maneesh, leave the badge off and make them think!

take the badge off. looks much better.

and u might have some problems taking the sport badge off. there kind of welded or moulded to the grill so u would have to replace the whole mesh.

im probably going to cover mine in black vinyl then put a silver trd logo on it!! let me know if u want a logo cut and i can send u the sticker and backing colour of ur choice

Have to admit I prefer the grille with the logo, think it looks much better that way!

The debadged cars do look alright but can leave people confused as to what the car is, and it kinda looks a little empty imho.

I wanted to make the Lexus badge bigger if anything!

I have a lot of water in the boot by the arches. i call it a swimming pool... coz it's like 3inch deep water

Any way i I have changed my grille and i look the badge off and kept the sport part.

and i have to say it looks good.

but i have a problem...... the clips don't clip...???

the old grille too like 3min to take out with no hassle....

how do you add pictures

thats a nice grill, where did you get it from, I don't think ive seen one of those before.

Craig

its the z-edition altezza grille, with the "L" from a 02'+ IS grill. minor modification needed to fit emblem.

this is what i looks like from toyota - with the standard "A" emblem:

Swimming Pool

quite a lot of water in boot probs, i had water in both sides, so i removed the rubber bungs in both sides until i get chance to check the sunroof drain channels.

the badgeless grill looks good, although looks like 'something is missing' a bit too much and the horns need to be somewhere else.
