New Member, Just Got An Ls400

Hello there, just got myself an LS400 for a bit of a project. Just running it and doing some small jobs whilst it still has MOT then may take it off the road for a bit work.

Anyway here it is:

Doesn't look too bad from a distance but is a bit scabby in places!

I often wished I'd gone for an LS. I almost bought one many years ago, but it had been a smoker's car and it had permeated everything.

Salesman tried to convince me that it could be removed - but I wasn't convinced.

Anyway enjoy it.

What have you got planned for it?

What sort of mileage has it got?

Just planning on enjoying driving it whilst fixing a few things up. Headlights that don't have more water in them than my fish tank would be a start, oh and a tyre that holds air might help! Its got about 160,000 and needs some TLC but runs well.

It's a very nice looking car. There's a H reg 1990 for sale in Kent. I was very tempted, but my wife won't allow me to buy another car, not now the baby is on the way. But I want a year one LS as my classic car. That and a Sierra xr4i !
