  1. ive visited the link but not sure if ive done enough. but 20% unemployment...... Im not happy that my taxes are paying for you bums to do nothing all day (says the guy who's at work now).
  2. agree with tigerfish. if you have receipts then write off to Lex GB with copies of each receipt. I am sure they would correct their systems and send out an upto date service manual. However, it will delay the sale of you car! Its unfortunate you didnt keep up to the servicing, as steve said, this too will impede the sale of the car. hope you do sort it quickly though so you can make the sale.
  3. do anyone know if its possible to download the update that was released just before Christmas and install it if i dont have access to xBox Live?
  4. I didnt bother reading the article in depth, i figured the to55 pots had already had their share of publicity from me. RE: Big Mac. think it was a one off, again, didnt look at it too much because i'd want to use it and im supposed to be being good.
  5. Did anyone read todays 'Sun' newspaper? There was an article on it between page 3 and the page that had the BOGOFF on a Big Mac. Shamefull thing is that the twots will probably save the clipping or worse still add it to their CV's.
  6. mindless vandalism has always been around, it's when it happens to something you care about it becomes an annoyance, especially in your case Kazi, savng is hard enough, ith out having to take the car to the body shop shop every other week to get it touched up! Feel for you mate!
  7. glad you're chuffed with your purchase! and im sure you'll stop chalking up mines when it comes to refuel time!
  8. coil-overs and new disc's. More of a necessity though as i doubt the car will pass it's MOT with warppedrear disc's, and Lex Leeds said the front passenger side shock was leaking slightly. Rik, if going for an engine upgrade...... get a steam engine, it'll probably outperform a diesel one on MPG.
  9. i took it off to get it sprayed, then the company i worked for went bust and priorities changed. Ive got another job now but the drop in wage's was too dramatic to be able to spend on the car. one of my shocks is leaking so coilovers will be next, then some grooved disc's before the MOT in March.
  10. I dont know anyone who wouldn't welcome back Mr Discount.
  11. Why go under the vehicle what he could stand up and go round it?
  12. down force....... im traveling round at 134 mph like the lads in roheel's post earlier. just the OEM lock and release, boring i know but effective.
  13. Nice to have you back buddy. You'll be glad to hear the spoiler is off the car
  14. I'm sure im not alone in liking driving fast but the way the lads went about it and were behaving show's how pathetic they are. It's pillocks like them that shouldnt be on the road. Infact, id be suprised if they had valid driving license's.
  15. Pro Street IMHO was the worst NFS game ever! The idea was good, but the end product was a huge let down! Just goes to show the developer relies heavily on the release of Fast and the Furious movies for ideas Watch out for the next one....... Will probably follow Paul Walker's and Vin Diesel's next film...... Yep, it's the 4th installment of FATF Forza 2 is still one of the best driving games for realism with Test Drive Unlimited possibly the greatest! But that's on the 360. Just my two penny's worth
  16. Volvo's are getting more stylish...... just look at the Orange Focus ST. Dont worry Jamie, was being sarcy. The C30 couldnt take my mod's
  17. It was abit of an impulse buy from eBay, and the listing made no mention of the need to have a subscription. I've just relisted it and i'm looking at getting a brand new one with the lifetime subscription. It's £99 something for lifetime, or £4.95 a month (which you have to buy in 12 month increments).
  18. Happy new year guys, I've just been given a Snooper S2 Neo. And on reading the instructions it looks as if i need to pay a monthly subscription. Does anyone know if this is esential or will it work without it?
  19. A mate recommended it, and what a recomendation! Any query i have i come on here. Funiest thing is, id probably trust the members on here more than the service department at my local dealership.
  20. if dipped lights are a requirement for cars on Belgium roads then yeah, it would fail. But it would be the same as driving with blue side lights, or hid conversions that arent OEM (even if the car has head light washers)...... just take 'em off before the test. how's your sis' liking the car Ibby??
  21. Just got a suspicious look from everyone in the office as i cracked out laughing.
  22. i've not quite made it to a year yet. but my eperience has been great to date to, topped off with my chrismas card and tax disc holder that arrived yesterday! Merry christmas Steve, matt and the rest of the team that keep the LOC ticking over.
  23. Depends what you have to spend on it! Lexus one is expensive!! There's lots out there even cheap ones that look like a number plate surround. This isnt for parking sensors, but check it out anyway: CLICKY My brother in law is getting it, so i suggested we fit it in his car to see how good it would be as a reversing aid! I think the idea in principle is great and at £80 its certainly a bargain. Ill post it up once we've done it (after xmas)
  24. image writer that comes pre loaded with nearly every version of windows mowadays converts to pdf! just select it print when you have your document, select image writer as the destination printer, and click print. it'll ask you where you want to save the document, pick somewhere and bobs your uncle!
