  1. on the mark 3 the callipers stick out more than the mk2 and mk4 just reading some old threads royzels and you will have this issue. look for good quality hub centric spacers. or weigh up whether it's better to have the original wheels refurbished? I love the 10 spoke wheels.
  2. hi Are you sure you need spacers? Is a 95 a mark 3? if so, i think it's more painful and the hub centric spacers you need will be the best part of £100
  3. That was somewhere near me in stoke wasn't it? agree with the wheels unless you're a narcotics dealer
  4. Isn't it a rear ender ? Looks like it's been stationary and then hit?
  5. Will mine go down ? as I've given up on IT as of MOnday this week, and am now temporarily at least retired aged 42, until I have to tax and insure all three cars of course... i worked from home and away as a project manager in IT (never got the balance right, I hate being away or at all all week) wifes RX had some vandalism to the door, just weeks into ownership, looking like £2k plus VAT, going through insurance obviously.
  6. No problem, as you are aware just be very very careful with the Springs when compressed
  7. Steve I'll be over near Ashbourne with a spring compressor if you want to borrow one this week instead?
  8. That's my favourite colour on the gs looks nice with light or dark wheels too.
  9. You made the right decision, there are other good cars around. some of the costs to rectify would be very expensive, and as you say, should be reflected in the price. If nothing else, you've come to the right place for advice from the users on here, which is worth it's weight in gold alone!
  10. Bearing in mind my youthful 19 and 20 year old v8's are still running, you can see how they'll still make money too!
  11. Is it it only users without photos? more likely an application issue?
  12. They were offering two years for the price of one a month or so ago, and I'm pretty sure at the end of last year also. up to ten years and 150k I think.
  13. No worries. I think there is an obligatory "pictures" of your car too, for the more sad elements among us (including me )
  14. Welcome Duncan, you might want to post this directly in the LS section of the forum, there are some very knowledgeable people that use that section Good luck
  15. from the pictures, and obviously there are others who actually own them, unlike myself, the tips look like they are missing, or the exhaust has been changed? http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201701301805575?sort=price-asc&model=IS F&make=LEXUS&onesearchad=Used&onesearchad=Nearly New&onesearchad=New&advertising-location=at_cars&radius=1501&postcode=sl45ey&page=1 picture 3
  16. Hi Craig, is it the one at Border Cars? Does it need replacement exhaust tips?
  17. Its a really nice clean car Stuart. To be fair, it's just the seal, no rust at all. add that to the power of the minds on the forum, almost anything is possible!
  18. Ronaldo thatll never happen. A 2008 car no matter how well looked after is still a 2008 car, and in two years will fall outside main dealer warranty. the isf offers four practical seats the Rcf offers two, for that reason alone the market must diminish massively. i can't afford either regardless...
