    +1 ....our Mondeo had an issue with blocked sunroof drain tubes some time ago, it took ages to dry car mats out even with dehumidifier constantly on in the car (fortunately my mother didn't drive much and we have secure off road parking) lifting the carpets aided the drying out process to allow air circulate.

    Email lexus customer service and report the above matter to them. I had two cars in for the same recall work at separate dealers, neither of which offered fuel replacement, one gave me a courtesy car free of charge and the other charged me. The recall rules are quite clear to dealerships ....refill car with approx £20 of fuel and give courtesy car free of charge. I emailed customer service regarding my experiences and within 36 hrs had been duly compensated to the tune of £100. Don't try you don't get !!! Good luck !!

    Could it be that the car is not "seeing" the key fob (immobiliser)....maybe try holding fob to the start button then try the start procedure ?

    Definitely put your case to customer relations, I had 2 cars in for the recall work, one at Maidstone when it was there and the other at Sidcup, neither dealerships offered the fuel recompense and I only received free courtesy car at Maidstone, Sidcup charged me !!! I sent email 3.30pm today and had a response by the time I got home from work. And as stated by mr2lad I too have been favourably recompensed for my time and fuel.

    DVLA will assign a registration for you and you will get the relevant document to have plates made up prior to you trading in your existing vehicle .....either that or let dealer sort it out

    You pay now (on retention) so when you want to put your personal plate on new vehicle you have already paid the assignment fee ....£80 I believe. The vehicle that has personal plate from which it is removed will get its original plate reg which you will be told via the DVLA.

    I'm sure I recognise this one from some time ago...its the side skirts and front/rear splitters that are ringing bells 🤔

    Try to go out in it just to experience the F factor, I defy you to not smile when you hear that V8 sing especially when it gets to the power band @ 4000 rpm....

    My local Halfords told me last year, after carrying out service and mot to my Citroen van, that they didn't have anyone with the skill set to remedy my apparently overheating van (temp sender went rogue it turned out) but they would take money off me to diagnose the problem ....yeah right!....that lost my custom for sure not again will I grace Halfords with my wallet!!

    We have a gs 300h f sport in black with the rose red interior very classy in my opinion but then I am biased 😉 whereas my F is silver with the red interior which is much more in keeping with the sporting nature of the beast .....

    I find it just as easy to leave car in park that way there is no issue with the 12v battery going flat also keeps the ac running if it's a warm day likewise keeping warm on cold ones.. ...

    Some members on here have experienced delamination of some interior trim parts with there GS Fs' ...thankfully not myself ....haven't heard of any exterior issues on LC though.
