What changes were made in the GS300 mk3 after the initial years of

I heard somewhere that some changes were made in roughly 2007/8 but what are these changes?

I've tried to research it but maybe I'm not typing the right things into google.

From what I understand the face lift had indicator lights in the door mirrors, and the radar cruise distance control fitted with versions of cars with the sun roof on early models was dropped.
