Just converted to Lexus - NX450+ and a very impressive car.  On delivery disappointed to receive only one key fob. Two months down the line ignored then given run around by Dealer. Can anyone give me Lexus Head Office phone number.
Thank You

Steve

PS It is a brilliant vehicle

It only comes with one key fob. The second will come as a recall letter. It was due to part shortages

As said above, you will probably get your second fob in a couple of months or hopefully sooner.

I waited 6 months but deliveries are speeding up I believe.

Lexus Customer service is  0345 129 5484.

I was told the same that it can take up to six months, but they are coming through quicker than they were.

Steve,

The second key rollout seems to be done by build date.  I noticed from the American Lexus forum that the current 'campaign' had stalled in N.America and contacted UK Lexus Cust Serv. This is the reply I received a couple of days ago:

'As your NX has a production date of November 2023, you will be included in the next campaign. We are hoping to share details with our Lexus Centre partners within a few weeks to confirm when they can expect the next phase of the campaign to begin.'

It would seem that the delay applies to the UK as well as N.America as I was due my second key March/April according to the original rollout plan posted for N.America but thought to be part of  a wordwide plan.

I would speculate from the weasel words that a further wait of a couple of months is likely. PITA.

I too am very pleased with the car overall.

Got my second key after a 6 months wait and just coming up to the first year service so hopefully my locking wheel bolts will be ready. Great car

I was fortunate and delighted that my RX was delivered in March with 2 keys!

I got the letter from Lexus after 6 months, then spent over 3 weeks trying to get my dealership to give me an appointment.   Contacted another dealership and got the key cloned and car valeted 3 days later

I waited just shy of six months for my second key. A letter was sent from head office to inform me. I contacted the dealer who, to no surprise at all, knew nothing about it and had to go away and check before coming back to me to book me in.

I had my father take the car in for me (he's fully insured on it anyway) whilst I was away from home for a few days, as I had no intentions on returning to that place. He told me he was there for about an hour and three quarters in total. He was given free coffee whilst he waited, but no valet was carried out.

On the upside, they'd also fitted the locking wheel bolts which were also missing on delivery. I had no contact with either the dealer or head office over them being available, but hey-ho. At least it was done there and then.
