Is200 Wing (door) Mirror

Hi,

I've lost the colour coded cover of one of my mirrors and need to replace it - Toyota have told me that I need to buy a complete new mirror assembly because the cover cannot be bought seperatley - can any one confirm this?

Does any one know of any other alternatives - £250 is a lot to spend when I only want the platic cover.

i seem to remember a similar post ages ago and you can get the cover just by itself.

send a PM to chris shipley he can give u the part number and or confirm what the other dealer said.

might also be worth phoning another dealer and asking them

Does come seperatly, I replaced mine

difficult bit is removing the glass to get to the fixings

That's Rubbish .... mine had a scratch on it .... and Lexus Woodford replaced the colour coded cover for me ! - Good Ol's James .... nice chap he is !
