Rotating Wheel Covers

Saw a Porsche Cayenne jeep with crazy rotating wheel covers! I've never seen these before, they caught every single person's attention along the road I work on in central London. They initially look very glistening and shiny..

apart from being completely silly, are these actually legal? imagine the damage you could cause to a pedestrian or anther car if one of these giant metal frisbees took off at speed.

This are no wheel covers mate.

It are chrome wheels with centerpieces rotating when you stop at traffic lights or something.

Not my cup of tea.

Im with ifraz on this one.there are some really nice spinners out.they are the IN THING in the USA especially with ganngsta rap types hehe.you only have to watch MTV Cribs to see how populer they are over there,more so on big 4x4 type vehicles,not sure how they would look on a lex though.
