assuming you have the radio code. try disconecting the battery for half an hour and then putting it back on and try the remote fob. mine went off for an hour or so once ages ago and then just came back. another time it stopped flashing the lights I think, but then that came back too. although I am not sure that wasn't another car I'm thinking of... sorry, rambling now... try the battery thing, fella and let us know. :zee:

wonder if any other brand of car owners are so excited about turning the key in their cars. I love that moment when I turn the key: The Steering wheel electronically comes down and out to meet me in the perfect positon. The lazer Jammer gives a reassuring chirp to let me know I wont get zapped today for speeding. The Blue Tooth Handsfree kit gives a churp to say its paired with my mobile phone so I'm wireless for sound. The seat is perfectly positioned. My favourite radio station or CD is playing within seconds. THere is an eery silence where engine noise should be. The Air con kicks in on auto and starts creating my ideal temperature whilst de-humidifiying. No matter what the day holds, I look forward to driving. :zee:

which makes sense based on Zee getting 174.1bhp at the wheels from his at JAE. which on the same sums makes 217bhp at the flywheel. Begining to get a consistent picture now so superchargers with a few ickle mods are running 169 - 174bhp at the wheels. same car with Noz is running 208bhp at the wheels. Do we have a figure for the standard car at the wheels? based on same test conditions? looks pretty reasonable to me. Another way of looking at would be to say the S/C cars give at the crank, what the Nozzed SC Car gives at the Wheels. For the Record. on the same calulation mine runs 240bhp at the wheels. but of course mine is auto so not sure if the same calculation works? it might be wrong but I am sure there is someone here who can help figure out what 300 at the crank would equate to on the road in an auto. SOunds Like a great day out. THis whole rolling road thing seems to raise one simple point. THe only figure a rolling road can accurately produce is the BHP at the wheels. The only figure that really matters in terms of how quick you go is the BHP at the wheels, again. So why does nobody quote the bhp at the Wheels. It must be in the Dyno read out cos its the basis of any calculation. C'mon Guys, fess up. whats are you actually commiting to tarmac in terms of usable bhp? I know none of you would be afraid to say...

I think the best moment in my Lex was and is the first time I get behind the wheel that day. am about to drive down to Peterborough and I cant wait to do the journey! I've done 47,000 miles in 380 days and I still love the feeling of driving a world Class leading car. other than that I have to go back to the day I bought it. I was onl driving it to the petrol station for the salesman to put gas in it for my test drive. It was a 1.5 mile run. I pulled onto the forecout and when he got out to put some gas in I KNEW beyond shadow of a Doubt that I was having the car. took it home 5 hours later that day. Impulsive? Me? NEVER!
