now i was wondering something, the hks silent hi power has that little canister on the side, now i have come across these b4 in the motorbike world. And i was wondering if its possible to bypass/chop off the canister to give the hiper back its agressive noise. plus they are availiable???? I just think that apexi box just looks too standard and not performance style. im sure that there are performance gains but i also want the look!

i have to admit the Z4 and the X5 are the only BMW's i would want to own. The Z4 actualy looks individual on the road. and its bloody quick.

i personaly think £200 is a lot of money considering the technology has been about so long. i mean there is a place called Essex racing. there you can order the same plates with any word you want on the metal part for example "IS200" and they are about £40 come on lexus, you will shift more units if you stop over pricing the small stuff.

i agree with jock, i had a budget of over £20k b4 i bought my lex, i tried the saab 93 convertible (which i put a deposit on, a 320c which i couldnt wait to get out of as i thought it was highly over rated, a jag s type which was just an expensive mondeo! and many more between, but when i took one test drive in the lex i paid cash and bought one and have never looked back. every sheep muppet has bought a 3 series, thats why there are more of them than there are ford fiesta's! dont let your mate become another BMW gimp, meke him see the light, why should he pay 7 grand more for stuff that shud be standard

you must not have cleaned the area b4! not much will stick to old wax and dirt, lol. I have always used halfords pads, the 6mm thick variety. and they are great, they hold my new plate on and even the front on standard mounting! just remember to give it a good clean and use all 3 pads to attach the plate! dont scrimp and cut em up

very nice, wont beat the turbo hyabusa i Shat myself on tho 370bhp. But turbo bikes are fun. hell all bikes are fun. Still gotta get me a test ride on the new R1, 180bhp on full air pressure. But i think im gonna go with a aprilia RSV miile R (new shape) either this year or next year. hmmm i love that V-Twin thud

if you want it to stand up to the test of time get it sprayed properly, lexus notting ham had a few scratches "fixed" by a mobile painter and the result was ****, now its matt and looks awful, and im gonna have to have the front bumper re-sprayed. GL Coachworks go there and ask for shaun, top bloke and a friend of mine with great paint spraying ablities

go to your local lex dealer. be nice to them and im sure they will do you a deal. Make the parts person feel like a star and im sure you will do well, parts take two days to arrive

Sorry "mat" lol. I cant get my car down the drive anymore so i had to work in the road (and it was bloody freezing!) and had to turn the car round after i did one side so i could work without getting run over!. The little pin was a bit stuck on one side and took a few mins to free. But i cant wait to fit my pads on the front now.

Well i would like to thank matt for the great rear brake how too. It saved me £147 minus the £28 for the pads. Lexus wanted to charge £147 to change them, and i had just read the how too i refused to pay them. I had both sides done in 30mins, and i cant wait to change my fronts now i feel a little bit more confident. Thanks again matt

all sounds good to me, but does anyone have a post code i can put into Auto route, i cant find the aquadrome on there at all. and considering i have no sense of direction i feel it would be a good idea to have a map

and UKAZN did it b4 him with twin duel pipes, which look great. even tho they loose a bit of ground clearance. sounds great tho. its making me so jelous, two hipers on one car :duh: i only want one and no one has any . still its looking sooooo amazing. just cant wait to see it in the flesh. that zorst is gonna sound soooooo good
