  1. And you'll have to cope with me. I disagree with your opinions, I believe most of the time they're rubbish, unhelpful and I'll call you up on them. Again, you can't stop me from doing that either.
  2. There's nothing personal here. I could ask you the same thing, why do you care?
  3. Who's been shut up. You've been going on here for a few years haven't you? I don't own a BMW 5er or an ES. But I don't go around saying my expertise on those two vehicles is superior to current owners. Linas honestly you need to learn to give your opinion once and let it be rather than stating the same old Lexus sucks drivel on every thread you enter.
  4. Some toys are better than others.... Linas thinks his is better than everyone else's all the time 🤣
  5. What's so astonishing? Opinions are fine but how many forums do you go on where an owner slags off every, single car in the whole line up? Most Lexus IS owners are annoyed it wasn't brought to the UK for example but literally all I have read for 3 years from Linas is nothing but ****.
  6. I'm just saying it exactly how it is.
  7. The basis of the argument is quite simple. Linas makes a lot of claims and doesn't / hasn't owned any of these cars, seems to have driven every car in existence whilst making "expert" reviews along with basically slagging off the whole Lexus lineup, yet still drives a Lexus. That's hippocrisy. Linas has been around here a long time. We all know he can't make a positive comment and writes a dissertation in most posts he as a way to try and justify himself to actual owners
  8. You don't own an IS300h. I've owned one for over 6 years. I can categorically and confidently say that my experience and assessment of the vehicle is superior to yours. I can also confidently say Stevens assessment of his ES300h is better than yours. Your claims are naturally ridiculous and inaccurate as a result. My point is that you're acting like a butt hurt baby on every single post you make and it drags on and on and on. When I say you don't have to own them, I literally mean don't own them, don't drive them and ***** off. I love how you slag off basically every Lexus yet you don't buy the "superior" competition. You've had a long time to get yourself a BMW! Let's not forget you spent about 3 years claiming how superior your IS250 was to then IS300h owners. Give your opinion, move on. Stop dragging it out like you're going to brainwash current owners into thinking their car is inferior to something else on the market in literally every thread that asks for any kind of opinion. Most prospective owners want opinions from current owners, not someone who doesn't even own the car yet tries to be the expert.
  9. I'm not going to read the essay you've written. Like an uneducated child trying to win an argument by blabbering on and on
  10. You're a fool if you think posting a one off MPG of a car you drove for 10-20 miles is useful information for a start. Your criticisms have no basis. You're trying to argue your points against people who have owned many of these cars and other cars. Most of your comments towards the Lexus lineup is negative and that has been going on for a number of years. No one said you have to like the cars. No one said you have to even own the cars but I think you really need to shut up and stop providing useless negative opinions of vehicles you haven't owned or driven for less than a day. Linas, you're basically a key board warrior / troll - may as well just come to terms with it like most of us have done on this forum already.
  11. Maybe it's because Linas comments have no basis or substance to them. Like above comments on mpg of a car that he doesn't own and maybe driven once..... Constant drivel about basically every Lexus vehicle that comes out.... Trying to justify his ridiculous comparisons and superficial expertise by writing a book on the forum. I'm sure Linas would make a brilliant salesman (or a farmer) with the sheer amount of manure that comes out of his mouth, and continues to do so.
  12. Linas... When are you going to learn that no one wants to read through pages of your drivel and couldn't care less what you think. You're the only person who comes on this forum to write essays on slagging off Lexus vehicles and making comparisons without actually owning or driving them. Your opinions are of your own, and my opinions are my own, hence why I am making it clear that your opinions are rubbish, absolute hogwash and a load of complete and utter nonsense the majority of the time with no real basis to them apart from copy and pasting car reviews. I think it's genuinely time you give up this forum and go find yourself a BMW, join the BMW forums, at which point you may take comfort in the fact the people on there might be more interested in the appendage measuring contest you seem to engage in.
  13. Which dealership did you book in with? Lexus Leeds are pretty good overall I think although not a patch on Lexus Bradford who used to be much better IMO
  14. The ML also has ceramic knobs which are white for the volume and radio tuning. I think all the others come with the dark grey knobs
  15. Viofo is good. As are some apeman and aukey ones. Not had any issues with these really
  16. I get between 2.8 and 3.4 dependent on how long I'm driving for / speed. I don't keep anything like AC off etc. As for the tyres I'd expect around 16-17k max. It's a 2 tonne car and my RX goes through them at this rate so nothing unusual
  17. I mean if you don't want to go to the dealer, say it's 1 hour away you can still do it. Won't be difficult at all
  18. That's not normal but easy to fix. Normally the wiper should be parallel to the a pillar usually about an inch away. Just needs the wiper arm removing from the splines and adjusting.
  19. I suspect its not an RX thing, or a Lexus thing. Out of interest, Ive just put the details of my Mercedes C200 in for a quote despite it not being due until February next year. its £200 more now if I insured it in 21 days time compared to what I paid.
  20. You'd be charged over 32k but that would only be after you've hit 32k As in end of the agreement. You dont normally get charged for excess miles mid term. If you purchase the car it normally wont cost you anything.
  21. Yep with paint and labour it was like £3k rear bumper and plastic surrounds
  22. Well atleast it's idiot proof I doubt it's easy to pull off the actual handle. It'll be fixed quite well I think
  23. All are scams Anything thats under the market value considerably usually is FB marketplace is full of it, there are some genuine cars on there but they got lost in the sea of scams
  24. 2 complete doors - £6k sounds about right at Lexus rates. A bumper costs about £3k to do
