  1. Agree with the above, the Mrs had a 1.8 TDDI, very economical, good performance and handled well. So all round the Diesel Focus was a great car, in fact she wants another one now!
  2. Same as any oil change really apart from the filter. It is located under the inlet manifold on the near side towards the front and about half way up the block. Real pig to get at. Good luck.
  3. Gutted for your brother mate but what makes you think that Kwik Fit are responsible?
  4. Think that is a donation they are asking for, AFAIK it is freeware.
  5. The only way to make the files smaller is to reduce the resolution by resizing. If you download a package called IrfanView (free) it has lots image editing options including resizing. You can also use outlook express. Right Click on the file in windows explorer and the hover the mouse over "send to". Select "Mail Recipient" by left clicking. It will then give you an option to resize the image. If you click on "show more options" you can select the size you want. Next the send mail window opens, select "file" then save attachments, select a new folder to save to and you still have the original image. This also works for batch conversions if you select multiple files. Hope that helps.
  6. The only lowering springs that I know of are -30 and -35mm neither of these should give any major problems with speed bumps. Are you sure that you don't have coilovers?
  7. Yup absolutely correct, it has a hinge on one end and opens up to make a wedge.
  8. Don't have the PI bump stops fitted, just the coils. Have had the car heavily loaded a few times going on holiday etc with the rears "tucked" in the arches and I didn't have any "bottoming".
  9. I got PI's on the IS, have been on for 30K+ miles with no problems. Slightly stiffer than standard and have been more than happy with them.
  10. I would find someone that knows what thay are testing, as you car dont have a MAP sensor mate :winky: Check your cats are ok, as this can stop you car from accelerating AS200 has the 1G-FE engine, same as the IS200, so MAP sensor is correct!
  11. Happy birthday mate, have a good one :D
  12. What have Florence & Fred got to do with it
  13. Normal for an IS200 gearbox and nothing to worry about. They all have a bit if a click that you more "feel though the stick" than hear.
  14. How about any third party involved where it is the fault of the uninsured driver though?
  15. That's probably Summer/Winter time. You can set in "My Controls", go to "Board Settings" and check the "DST" box and it will automatically change :winky:
  16. Hi and welcome to LOC :D
  17. Judas Me or him? Ambiguous I agree Tony but I am sure aimed at him mate :D
  18. Yes they will fit and I have bought stuff from that seller with no problems. I would say that the price is reasonable as well.
