  1. For me, I’d buy one that’s not been modified. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. If it sounds louder and less power did you tighten up the inlet manifold properly? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Yes. I got mine from a non Lexus dealer then took it to Lexus Stockport and they put a 2 year warranty on after an inspection. Mines just short of 10 years old but will now be warranted till it’s nearly 12 years old. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Sorry, I had the GS300h weighing in at 1730kg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. There isn't much difference in weight between an IS and GS as they are based on the same chassis.
  6. If your selling go for Nexen. I wouldn’t be put off a purchase if they were fitted. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. I'm sure nearly Lexus I've had has done that on full lock. Especially when its cold and the tyres are a bit harder. So could just be the way Lexus setup the steering geometry.
  8. Lexus dealers are good with tyres. Lexus Stockport couldn't match the price I found for the Goodyears's I wanted from Tyreleader so they agreed that I order them and they fit them for free. Which came out cheaper than the fitted price from Blackcircles.
  9. All fast Fords and probably any hot hatch from the 80's and 90's all going up. Strange as they were all **** really but bring back good memories
  10. Spark plugs every 60k You get the LSD diff after 2009 but to be honest unless your tracking the car you won't feel any difference on the road. They only fitted it for marketing as everyone else had one and road testers slated it for not having one even though its not needed.
  11. The last non-hybrid may of been the GS250. They were still trying to sell the last few off last year.
  12. Well spotted! Yes, that is their offices. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. It’s still a V6 in the current RX450 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. That only affected the XC90's. By the time it was fitted into the S80's a drain hole was drilled to stop water accumulating on the shaft.
  15. I've got the GS300. Great car and not much to wrong with them. As others have said no air suspension or cam belt and average an easy 33mpg so far.
  16. Yes, they were on my radar. Lovely engine and very rare. Unfortunately the one in Stockport was in very poor state. Needs a full respray, all alloys in a bad way and brakes just look like lumps of rust. Looks like it's been stood for a long time. Such a shame.
  17. It was www.bredburyinternetcars.co.uk and they still have the S80 for sale.
  18. Might be true. I went to look at a Volvo S80 V8 at a garage in Stockport near Manchester and next to it was a Masa red ISF. The guy said it was the garage owners car and parked up waiting to get new keys as it had just been returned by the police after being stolen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Your right foot controls all the economy. You won't see much benefit from the 3-5 journeys, especially in winter, as the engine would be running most of the time. Plus on country lanes you would probably not be using the brakes that much to generate a charge. With such a low mileage it would also be worth considering the RX350
  20. Same on my 2008 GS300. How did you not notice [emoji3] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Lexus Stockport stamp the service book for the essentials. I took out a 3 year essentials service package for £19 a month. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  22. The later 2008 had the bass turned down on the ML Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  23. I've just ordered 4 Goodyear Vector 4seasons Gen-2 tyres. I'll let you know what they are like soon.
  24. If they are anything like the RX400h make sure your key fob is nowhere near the car or the brakes will prime any you won't be able to push the pistons back to get the new pads in.
  25. Yes, could be right with that. I'll see if it's the same as the rears when it's next misted up as they don't have the coating. Might keep an old wiper blade for the fronts in the boot
