Private Plates

My mum has "YOR2" which was originally an a MK2 Capri 3.0V6 which was raced. Idea was if in front the guy behind was 2nd.

I always want P155 DFF,but never did. Looking at my company name these days but can not get it exactly is it need to be a the very old K reg at the end.

The problem is that if you drive like a tw@t I am always concerned about it being scratched when I am not there.

Seriously tho I been looking for private plates so that my new V-reg IS200 Sport looks deceptivly new :)

Any idea if you can still get oddities like 9999 XX or XXX 9X (where X is a letter and 9 is a number) or 9999 XXX?

Plates like that are still for sale XX 1 is up for £105K & 58 XX is up for £11.5K

LS 9999 is for £3750 or you could have 2 XX & XX2 @ £87.5K the pair

I think you would be hard done by getting pulled for that mate.

yeah - its not even remotely legal (who's is ) - but the registration is clear and unadultered - none of this stupid false screw caps etc

Private plates are very cool in my book I got H17 CMT for £250 straight from the dvla and being where i work i can create any style plate my imagination thinks of

Must say I would never buy one tied to a car make (L3X...etc)... toooo fickle about cars and will end up changing make eventually.

Also, dont buy from anyone but the DVLA....rest chrage the same, then add VAT and transfer fee. DVLA include this in the price !
