Bmw Shark Fin Style Arial

Have you seen the new style 'Shark Fin' type Arials which are on the new BMW 3/5 series...?

Like look mint - has anyone got any ideas of where to get them? Or if it is possible to remove the standard black arial and fit one of these.

I have Sat Nav on my 200 - will the Arial affect this..?

I persume they come white or something, then you have to get them sprayed the colour of your body work?
