not very pedestrian friendly ,if you hit one they would be under your wheel before you know it with those scoops

you could also hide a couple of immigrants in each of them

Didn't like it when i first saw it, but actually the F sport version looks nice, also looking directly head on looks really mean abd aggressive..

Every manufacturer is doing th massive air intakes, thii new IS facelift is no more  dangerous to pedestrians to many itehr makes who have more dangerous dangly frot bit bits or lippy front lower front bumper area, e.g. from Mercedes, Volvo, Audi and even BMW..

I thought it was a bit brash at first but its growing on me.

The new LED lights look perfect IMO

From a safety point of view its not a problem. The 4RX has the biggest grill in the Lexus lineup at the moment and it rated best for pedestrian safety in its class I believe.
