Born out of road racing in the mountains of Japan, today Drifting is the number one Japanese motorsport sensation that’s taking the UK by storm!

Combining techniques from autocross, rally and road racing, Drifting is fast, furious and totally addictive! It’s also the latest and most extreme track event for modified and performance streetcar enthusiasts in the UK.

On 2 October, live from Japan, the D1 Grand Prix finally arrives in the UK. Come to Silverstone, the Home of British Motor Racing, to see the original and best Drifters demonstrate their skills in the latest and greatest racing machines. With world class action from Japan’s top drivers you’ll experience amazing speeds, breathtaking on-track battles and burning rubber like you’ve never seen before!

Only thing is,, do we all have to park in the main car park or do we have a club something or other??

Would have thought it would be the main car park.

We could all meet at Northampton Services, you can get direct onto the A43 from both North and Southbound sides.
