Ive already spoken to someone at over Gordons mentioning that many people have superchargers and are doing loads of miles without problem.

My engine problem was a completely different thing to this so it cannot compared.

but i can say this, that my car covered 22,000 mile with the new engine without problem.

Yahoo! :yahoo::yahoo:

I have been sending emails to lgb on Gords behalf due to his internet problems.

Just got one now:

Dear Mr Hutchinson

I am writing further to Steve's e mail to you yesterday.

After further consideration, I can confirm that Lexus (GB) Ltd. will cover the entire cost of the current repair on your car, including the parts.

Paul Marrow at Lexus Stockport will contact you in due course to advise you once the repair has been completed.

Yours sincerely

Gill Want

Lexus (GB) Ltd.

I think Mr H will be very happy!! :lol::lol::lol:

Thankyou to everyone for the emails!

So you will get a new engine?

If so the s/c should not be fitted before 5000(?) to 10000 miles done with this engine. As TTE advises...

Most parts are going to be new (long list) not putting supercharger on this engine mate. :D

he is going for a turbo instead :o ????????????
