Does anyone know where I can buy the above to fit to my 200 SE? Is it a DIY job? How much do you reckon they might cost?

Your Lexus dealer is the best place to start, and yes they are an easy DIY fit.

Unfortunately, your Lexus dealer will charge you the full retail price.

aren't the drilled pedals plastic, and not drilled metal?

I also heard that your feet are quite prone to slipping off the pedals.

Took me ... hmmmmm. all of 30 seconds to replace the front scuff plates...

I found the "metal" pedals got in the way if i wore the wrong shoes and i could not use the foot rest.
