Shorty how old are you ffs? I've never even heard of those cars - aren't the first two road numbers?

Mine was a 1978 Mini 850 in orange (yuck)

OK “Austin A40” and “Austin Cambridge A60” for there time good cars, (why don’t modern cars have starting handles :winky: )

Cresta’s Are Vauxhall’s and the Viscount was the top of the range Cresta 3.3 straight six with 2 speed powerglide box a comfortable cruiser that used less juice than the lex

Vauxhall Viva - Blue with a White passenger wing, interior COMPLETELY decked in Purple Fur bought for £70 from a Midwife!!!

Maybe the fur was for the newborns :duh:

Sound system was an 8-track! (ask an historian if your not sure what this is), also modded it by having the obligatory "Nigel & Gayle" sunstrip across the front windscreen.

Loved the car tho, happy days :P

This was my first Car Ford Fiesta 1.3 Ghia E reg, when it was dry it was red with lots of patchy white bits and rusted, had only done 18,000 since new.

Then my next car was this Peugeot 306 Dturbo, drivers door leaked and after any heavy rain I had a free built in foot spa.

Then I moved into the world of Lexus with this Is200 SE Auto. a whole different world of driving and this was the first car I ever modified, with a whole lot of thanks to this Club :)

And now I have this GS300 Mk2 Sport with satnav, The Next Level.

And if I dont get a Job soon i'll be using one of these .........

550 - got 80 in second (easily with loads left in same gear) before having to slow down for speed camera, and to controlled my histerical laughing. the bmw 740 who thought he had it in him, er, didn't.

only other to thrash was the s600 - unbeleivable for a sofa with inch thick carpet, unfortunately whilst after a Manta, noticed the speedo was not working after collecting from service and had to go back.

Always had someone following me in others, usually delivering the car somewhere.

first motor was a VW Scirocco, brilliant 4 a 17 yr old in the 80's.......1.6 eng. but sadly it rotted into the mire.........quick though and had a VDO oil temp guage ...................btw ...i thought this was 'bout your first motor, not boring lists of many previous motors one has had!
