I don't think it does. If it isn't continual they will want to give the vehicle a once over to make sure there are no faults before the warranty starts.

Yes you can add 1 year unlimited warranties, I think up to 7 years old. It's basically the same warranty you get with a used Lexus certified vehicle.

Glad your okay Zee. I would speak to Toyo - you may be able to get a replacement unless you ran over something that caused the damage.

Lexus labour rates are around £100 per hour so their price is correct if you say it will take an hour.

An IS300 auto does 0-60mph in 8.2seconds and a UK Supra TT auto in 5.4seconds. Get a manual one and 0-60 in 4.9seconds. UK spec is 326bhp. Very difficult to get a UK spec one these days, very very difficult to get a manual one. -

240bhp only with 1994 onwards models. Go for a GT rather than a GT-S if you can. -
Idle should be around 650-750 on the 300 with the AC off and around 800 with it on. Idling at 1400rpm may just be because it's started to get colder overnight but it sounds like they disconnected the battery which will reset the engine ECU. Give it a couple of days and the idle should sort itself out and a tank or 2 of fuel should have the mpg back to normal as well. Idle in drive should be around 500

I've owned a Supra - it more than just a bit quicker than an IS ;) -
I thought they did need E marks however Toyota normally use the same lights throughout the world - are there not E marks? You will need a fog light - an Altezza doesn't have any.

Where did you find this out? I spent ages trying to find a definitive answer but couldn't. ← autodata, it list almost all cars and models. other interference lexus models are, is300, gs300, ls400, no data for ls430, gs430 or rx300 ← That data is complete rubbish then. The IS300, GS300 and LS400 are non-interference.

wasn't me and I agree it would be nice to notify people but it's not always possible - 30 seconds on it's own if fine but if you have lots to do then you spend too much time spending PMs rather than moderating the boards. Once you send a PM you end up in a discussion, which again starts taking up time. The forum T&Cs are clear on this subject
