  1. Yes that is correct. There was a small batch of face-lift GS300 and GS430 without memory seats. I've still to fully check but I believe you would require quite a few parts and therefore it is not worth it. It would cost several £100s.

  3. I would contact Lexus GB - they will be able to tell you. Lexus GB Contact Centre 0845 278 8888 If there is one then you will be able to order it from any Lexus dealer.
  4. The problem is their end with the backend database.
  5. pinouts of the sat nav unit can be found here: http://www.lexusownersclub.co.uk/knowledge...ex_v2&id=76&c=9 I don't know of anybody doing a cable. It may be difficult sourcing the correct plug/socket. I think everybody cuts into the wiring to connect their add-ons.
  6. Not yet, not until the middle of 2005. Then Lexus will exist in Japan - even so it just means different design thoughts will be used on 'Lexus' models to 'Toyota' ones. It won't be a separate company. If it is then Lexus will be in trouble. Going from a company with the biggest R&D budget in the world to a very small operation.
  7. Lexus don't make a Lexus, Toyota do. TRD won't mod your car. They make uprated bits for somebody else to mod.
  8. This is a 10 year old car. The latest LS has it although I must admit it's almost a complete waste of time. Why would you want to open your windows when you have one of the most advanced climate control systems? Used it only two or three times on my GSs in the last 3 years and that was only to test it works.
  9. have you got some new round wheels Steve or are you still on the square ones?
  10. the pcd is 5x 114.3 The bore is 60.1 The polished wheels look good on Canter's IS. Anybody else want a set?
  11. This is a 3S-GE engine not the 1G-FE IS200 engine. Redline is higher.
  12. I think most people have that problem ;)
  13. No not really, maybe the idle was a little more stable. I think the biggest difference that people have noticed is gear change with e-shift so may be worth doing on IS300, GS300 and GS400. Most people disconnect their battery when installing the kits and notice a difference afterwards - trouble is you cannot tell if the differences come from the kit or from the ECU reset
  14. This is where my kit came from although it was custom made due to the battery location being different on LHD/RHD models: http://www.teckkits.com/
  15. Spoiler was added after and so the rear window brake light was disconnected. A chip can be upto 10mm diameter within the drivers immediate line of sight zone and up to 40mm within the rest of the wipers area and pass an MOT Stone chips need to be cut/polished down level - will look much better then Sounds like the wings need a good 3 stage polish.
  16. I don't think you can use anything but the original Lexus discs which are made by Aisin.
  17. May just have been a bad battery. Have you tried another one?
  18. You need to get the error code read by your dealer to find out what the fault is - otherwise we are just guessing what the problem is although it sounds like a problem with the throttle.
  19. There would be something like 0.3s difference between 0-60 and 0-62 if there is no extra gearchange is needed. The TTE supercharger is around £3000 + fitting.
  20. Toyota have TRD and TTE. Most mod parts for the 430 are in the US as that is the biggest market.
