  1. You only need to disable the intrusion and tilt sensors during a ferry crossing. The button is usually in the overhead control panel, a button with a picture of the car with a wavy pattern inside. If you have the NX450+ it's on the shortcut menu touch screen
  2. Never noticed anything like that in any RX I've sat in. My F-Sport is very comfortable (as was the F-Sport RC I had previously) and I've done a number of extended, non-stop drives of 4-5hrs without any discomfort.
  3. WD40 is a Water Displacement spray not a lubricant...

  12. Our driveway is pebbles and the kick sensor works every time, never a problem...
  13. From the LC500 handbook ■CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) part (if equipped) ●As the CFRP parts may change color if they are exposed to ultraviolet rays for extended periods of time, Lexus recommends that your vehicle be stored in a place where it will not be exposed to direct sunlight. ●Do not use wax that contains abrasives. ●Do not use automatic car washes as they may scratch the CFRP parts and damage the paint.
  14. The cameras are heated and the screens are just inboard of the camera position, so basically one 'looks' at the normal area when checking the door mirrors
  15. I find this very curious, that a Police vehicle would flash it's headlamps for any reason, other than to alert another road user of it's presence, which is the only legitimate reason for doing so (rule 110 Highway Code) which the Police officers would know...
  16. When I'm waiting in this scenario I turn the headlights to sidelights (positional) only.
  17. Why do you want to turn the headlamps 'off'? It costs nothing to keep them on, it's arguably safer to have them on...??
  18. Tyre pressure is to do with axle weight. Try the recommended pressures and see how it feels. Once you settle on a setting keep an eye on the wear...
  19. Can you simply switch on the lights and look to see which one is dim?
  20. I find it hard to believe it would leave the factory with incorrectly set wipers? I'd say that's as designed ...
  21. Owner's manuals are available to download from the Lexus website https://www.lexus.co.uk/owners/about-my-lexus/manuals
  22. Are you sure it was neutral and not park?
  23. If you always park in the same spot, in the same orientation (front in) how about placing chocks /blocks etc the desired distance from the fence so you can just roll forward until the tyres stop you?
