couldnt agree more, she cant just produce her husband as a witness who wasnt even at the accident. if that was the case then the whole system of law would collapse. like scarface says his evidence is not worth the bog paper he wrote it on. the thought of going to court is scary but most if not all the barristers.solicitors and judges etc are not daft and if your in the right then theres no sweat. its only when you lie to them things gets a bit hairy

personally i would change to a trd quickshifter gearstick, £200 ish from prolex-uk. its subtle to say the least, in fact only you will know you have got it, if you want others to see your mods then it needs to be something cosmetic like a spoiler or full bodykit, eyebrows, painted calipers and stickers etc... obviously depends entirely on funds available, if your like me with limited funds go for things like painted calipers and stickers, eyebrows, etc. if your well flushed then the worlds your oyster and anyhtings possible. go to the garage and see what the guys have done

it depends entirely which county your in, in north yorkshire they would most likely chuck the cas eout and let you go free in some other counties they would just fine you more for wasting their time. i would contest it though if the evidence shows you stopping then ther should be no problem. you can always get your solicitor to get the evidence disclose to him/her prior to the court date then you could decide depending on what it shows.

from all the reviews ive read they all said stay away from the se-l coz of the air suspension. simply because of the £9000 or whatever difference, they all agreed it wasnt worth the extra cost. if its anything like my is200 the standard stereo is great anyway

call of duty is great, you can really get into that game online or single player. to play call of duty just turn the volume up and listen for the bullets whistling past its scary.

you need to check the log book to make sure it is a sport model and not an se with a body kit on. also does it have a Limited Slip Differential alloy pedals, two tone steering wheel and rear tinted windows. make sure you get the sport bit sorted out first, and if its not a sport then you can walk away. looks ok from here though :duh:

well it doesnt look like any astra ive ever seen, and i was in a brand new one 2 hours ago i like it personally, a few people have mentioned the mazda 6 looks, but surely mazda copied the lexus is in the first place so what are lexus suposed to do. its like saying the is200 rear lights look like a modified saxos ! :P

personally i think all modern cars should be fitted with crusie control by law !! in addition there should be 3 buttons on the steering wheel, one that says 20mph one that says 30mph and one that says 40mph. all you have to do is push the button and the ecu limits the top speed to the relevant speed. that way its easier to drive to the set limits, i try to keep my car at 30mph but i often stray to 33 ish even for a second or two. im not trying to speed but its just impossible and unsafe to look at the speedo all the time. much much safer way is to press the button then look at the road until you leave the restriction and off you go again. simple i would have thought

the only difference i could tell by using the 98 ron was that my wallet felt a good bit lighter. as far as i could tell no performance benefits to my is200 engine i personally think its a fantastic bit of marketing by the oil companies

i agree with the others, get your money back and walk away, then go back in early march and buy it cheaper coz the new 05 reg will have come out saving you even more money. :D :D they will soon be crawling all over you. I saved £500 the other day by walking away from a new freelander i was buying coz he wouldnt give me a land rover jacket he came running over to me in the car park and took me back inside, i ended up with £500 off the price and 2 jackets ( they were destined for ebay but the wife loves them ) PS: never trust a VW dealer :tsktsk:

sorry guys ive changed my mind, ive just seen Brettsters gs300 sport and its better than the is300 imho, dunno about purchase costs though they may put it out of reach.

Brettster, thats the first time ive really seen a 300 up close. that is a great looking motor. is it standard gs300 sport and without wanting to sound too cheeky what year is it and how much did you pay, im seeing if i can afford one yet :)

get the is300 now, you can always upgrage to the gs300 in years to come, if you choose the gs now then you will not have progressed through the range, leave the gs till later in life ( he says expecting a backlash of epic proportions ) better still hold on until the new is comes out, you can use your free bus and train travel till then
