    i take it you mean the car is an 01 not a 91 as you stated. you are correct its once a year or 10000 miles and you dont get a choice. you can go a month either way but anything over and it may affect the warranty if anything was too fail. i would get the lexus dealer to provide you with a letter covering this discrepancy and their assurance that it wont affect the warranty then youll be covered if it goes pear shaped later. apart from that no probs

    im 6 foot 3 " and pretty well proportioned I would say ( its starting to sound like a lonely hearts add !!!! ). i dont have any problem with the headroom at all, make sure the drivers seat is all the way down and tilted flat at thr front it helps a lot

    the thing is you try going into your lexus dealer and quoting the parkers trade price to them, they dont give a toss. they offered me 2 grand under the trade in price for my wifes 4x4 the other day and only budged another 500 quid when pushed. Land Rover offered 500 above the trade in price so i was well pleased. i think we are in for a big shock when the new model comes out and loads of 2-5 yr old is200 `s suddenly hit the market.

    i went to my land rover dealer today and they were falling over themselves to help. mind u i went in with my father in law to pick up his new freelander. whilst there something came over me and i ended up buying a new one for my wife. too put icing on the cake my uncle walked in and bought a new discovery whilst we were getting ours. the salesman was gobsmacked and i even managed to get some nice waterproof land rover fleece jackets out of him aswell. :winky: i think they put something in the free coffee they kept bringing us. :duh:

    well i was consistent. all between 0.1808 and 0.1805 average 0.1806 :) i did get 2 sheep on 0.0000 but i got twitchy with two 3 sec penalties aswell

    i agree the blue ones look great, just like the dash did in my golf 4 motion, i just wished lexus had decided on a colour and stuck with it, blue all round would have been class IMHO

    i agree very cool looking sills, however why is it that lexus provide illuminated sills for the is200 in BLUE when the rest of the lighting is in ORANGE like these ????? any ideas :duh:

    ive looked at all the evidence and they were real. its all rubbish about the flag fluttering and all that stuff, all the conspiracies have simple explainable answers. the only one ive found that is a coverup is the 9/11 attack on the pentagon, theres no way it was a jumbo jet thats for sure

    best way is as follows: 1. Wait for a really dry day when you get a little bit of mud and crap on the windscreen from the cars travelling in the opposite direction. 2. Use your wipers to smudge it across your windscreen therefore obliterating your view of the road ahead. 3. Then and only then turn your washer jets on, then you will find your washer bottle is completely empty of any form of liquid.

    well ive just finished using shell optimax, i used it for 6 tanks worth and i definately noticed a difference. the only problem was the difference was in the feel of my wallet, it felt a lot lighter than before, in my opinion it made no other difference and ill keep the 35-40p a gallon in my wallet thanks

    does anyone know where you can buy a shark fin style antenna to fit the is200. ive tried search but it seems to relate more to the jdm short antennas. cheers chris

    if you mean the carbon fibre badge with the chrome L over the top they are available from lextasy.com as i was surfing last night and found them for sale, they were not cheap mind, they also do black ones fyi
