I Finaly Got Pics Of My Car On Here

Recommended Posts

Looks really nice, like the gold calipers too, goes well with the blue, do you have a side-on shot of the car? :)

How come your wheels aren't diamond cut though? Have they been refurbed or is it just not showing up in the photo?

well I've edited them so thank you. I thought I should have had a side shot but I forgot.

The wheels (wich you can't make out that well on the crud pics) are painted but have the face that is normaly diamond cut sprayed in 'sparkle silver' basicly metalic silver wich catch the light like diamond cut but not quite as much. and the inners are sprayed a darker silver so they look similar to the origonal but they wont have the laquer peel in about 1 year as my last starion set were done by the same company and lasted well over 2 years and they still looked good.

actualy I found some better Pics

these are the starion one's (after 2 years) same principal

here is a close up, I wish I had more of a contrast but I still like them better than just plain silver

still looks sweet and very much like the later blue. anyways, how did you manage to get your pics up, surely they are bigger than 20kb

I'm not sure, inother words Iv'e never had it say the file is wrong, I just take them with my sony phone 2mp camera, Bluetooth them to my comp, download them to photobucket and then copy the URL and then paste it into the post.

oh here is a pic of the side of my car that has been requested, sorry it was taken this morning and it was a little foggy and car was covered in dew, at least you can see the calipers

I do want some springs because the car handles like a boat in choppy water compared to my old one. I think 25mm is about the most I want to drop it by. what springs should I go for. I may get a strut brace aswell, is there any difference between the cheap and expensive braces?

Cheers for the side shot, the blue and gold does look good (very "Clio Williams" :whistling: )

Yep the 2 tone alloy finish looks good, the pic of the wheels on the IS doesn't show up so well but if they're the same as your old alloys, they look really cool :winky:

Springs wise, most people have the TTE/eibach springs - seems a straightforward way to get a 30mm drop, I've been planning to get a set myself :)
