Favour For Breast Cancer

Recommended Posts

I got this in an email and i have done it, and I just thought it would be nice if people on here could do it. I know most of you are men but im sure most of you have girlfriends/wives, mums!

Its up to you anyway. :flowers:

A favour to ask, it only takes a minute....

The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on 'donating a mammogram' for free (pink window in the middle).

This doesn't cost you a thing, its not a con.

Their corporate sponsors/advertisers use the number of daily visits to donate mammograms in exchange for advertising.

Here's the web site! Pass it along to people you know.

Done :D

Funny how it only seems to be the US who seem to set up things like this, pity the UK doesn't as I guess more people would be willing. Here we have walks/fundraising events but nothing as simple & as easy as that link ;)

It's been there a few years this one Janey, it was posted up a couple of years back and you can click that link each day and they'll keep getting money that way :)

It's described in further detail here:

It's worth clicking that button everytime you remember, you could always set it as one of your broswer homepages now you can have more than one nowadays and then just click it everytime your browser launches :)

With this stuff every little helps :)

It's like the Folding at Home stuff that is mentioned in that link, they're searching for cures for cancer and stuff and basically they farm individual data segments out to loads of computers and then they process it and send it back to them.
