Mine went last Nov.....I got 1 from lexus/toyota and it was cheaper than Halfords. i think it has 3 yr warranty, could be 5 though.

Is Your Car Insurance Really Valid?

I would have thought that those not declaring mods arnt up there....I was told by a company, even having non standard wheels can invalidate insurance. So these teens going around with Alloys etc are all prob risking it, as I doubt they have told of these mods. -
The only mismatch would be if you try to replace a unit that has the cd in a different position. Pre late 2000 cars had the cd at the bottom of the unit.

I have Blue with ceam interior. I was going for a dark interior at first, then i saw the cream, and it just made it feel more spacious and classier. Yes bit more of a bugger to keep clean, but i dont regret the choice.

Not sure if this is a bit Off Topic, but ..... What do you all think of the Body Mass Index calculations. I don’t feel they are that accurate, as they don’t take in the actual build of a person..... Either that or I'm possibly a Fat Git.

It's 6 years or 60,000 miles. It used to be 10 years or 100,000 miles but they changed it. Gald you got belt sorted before any problems, i've been quoted £170 for cam belt change so i'm happy with that. :D Round we go again... Some dealers still quote 10 yrs or 100k But they say that they check the belt every year from yr 6. If people are unsure, talk to your dealers. Good price for a belt change, def worth shopping around when the time comes.

Some have tried resetting the units, by taking power off then back on, some have hit the side of the unit....(shock Therapy). The pre 2000 cars had the unit with the CD player to the bottom, and they seem to fair the worst for this problem. You can try looking around ebay, and keep your fingers crossed. But be careful about buying a later unit withthe CD at the top as you may find compatibility problems. A search on LOC for ERR 3 might be of more help. Good Luck Rob -
