Fruit Pastilles

Just had a packet of fruit pastilles from the vending machine...and they lasted all of about 2 minutes!

Can anyone please tell me if they can eat a fruit pastille without chewing it....and if so how??!!

Also, what other sweets do you think are impossible to eat without chewing them??

Fruit Pastilles and wine gums are my favs, but there are also Wine Gum Sours and the daddy JELLY TOTS! They are the nads.

we demolished a few large tubes of jelly tots and fruit pastilles over christmas, they're just so *** damn addictive!

I have tried the wine pastilles, but funnily enough combining the two masterpieces together has produced a sweet that, IMO, is not as nice as either. Still got a place in my pix 'n' mix bag though :winky:

Does anybody remember Mintola? It was the 'sophisticated' version of Munchies. Both made by Rowntree before Nestle bought them and got rid the latter.

Black Jacks, Fruit Salad, Strawberry bootlaces, rhubarb and custards, murray mints, aniseed balls, cola cubes, cola bottles, Space Dust, Corona fizzy drinks... uh oh... timewarp!!! *argh*
