What happened to the Audi A3...?

If it's from the list - VW Golf GTI.....

The A3 is not listed on this new list for some reason, still going to have a look though as it looks nice and should be ok as it is on my first list.

Which GTI do you mean the 1.8, 1.9TDi or the V5??

Can't you take a cash allowance and choose your own? That's what I did, otherwise it would have been something from the VW range - and VW drivers are getting as bad an image as BM's these days.

I'm sure you'd get stung on the emmisions company car tax with the Golf V5 so thats probably best avoided.

I've never been a fan of Volvo's (unless it was badged T5R or something similar)

I hear the Golf TDi GT 150 is quicker in real life than the 1.8T so for me it would be between that and the 320D. The BMW probably has more status though.

well i drove the V5 before but couldnt get insured so couldnt have it even though i prefer the lexus anyday.

its got good handling, and is quite quick but basically a golf with fancy badging.

i'd go for the BMW or the Tdi 180BHP golf if its a diesal you want JB

petrol is a V5 though mate. saying that i aint driven the GTI

Yup with Claire on this one. The Volvo S40 2.0T Sport Lux. B)

But I'll bet when you get it, every time you see a BMW 3 series you'll wish you had gone for the BMW.

So BMW it is then...:lol:

JB, the Golf GTi TDi is the one to go for, i have driven one and i was amazed at how fast it was :ohmy: definatly like no ordinary diesal car...

It will out run alot of 1.8 and 2.0ltrs any day.. and they are good for mpg too. you won't go wrong with it.. B) B)

Golfs and Passats are becoming the scurge of the motorways - image is fast falling.

DO note the 1.8T has a fault which as yet VW are still debating whether to issue a recall or just keep fixing them when they break :duh:

BMW doesn't have the best image - but their diesels are good.

Volvo..... I used to be a biker - so couldn't touch one!

Is that the full extent of choice???? Obviously the IS200 isn't ideal as a company car (unless cash option choice) as emissions are high..... but (predictable this) I would rate the new Accord higher than those mentioned at the same price point.
