I'm glad there's an official Lexus presence on here finally, there's so many things Lexus can learn by communicating with the members on here and keeping an eye on what people are pleased/dissatisfied about.

I look forward to hearing more from you :)

I think we should welcome our new member like we welcome all new members.

Hopefully we can have constructive chats for everybody's benefits.

I would think that if agreeable by our new friend maybe we could have a question a week session or a live chat session.

What do the rest of you feel?

Also what does Lexus Contact center GB think to this?

Only my thoughts

Ian

ps a warm welcome to Lexus UK from me.....

Hello Lexus Contact Centre GB. You name if I may ask?

Many names I would say...it's an outsourcing centre, so we shouldn't get too excited.. http://www.marketingservicestalk.com/news/thl/thl108.html

http://www.thus.net/pdfs/annmar02_section2.pdf

Dont want to put a downer on things, but having a read of the link and the " Lexus Contact Centre GB" role, eg arrange test drives and services, i wouldnt be expecting anyone with technical knowledge of the car. They are a call centre and a mail sorting office.

I would however be happy to be proved wrong and I would assume someone in Lexus had the brains or should i say common sense to have someone with technical knowledge to answer replies on here, but I am expecting the normal standard drivel and non comittal answers - just as the member recieved regarding the tyre wear issue.
