What Did You Use To Believe

Recommended Posts

Funny you should say that - there was a shop by where I grew up that used to store parafin right next to the Fry's chocolate creams. They had a very distinct taste of parafin.

When I moved away, they just didn't seem as nice............!

My sister also told be that if I played with my belly button too much I'd bleed to death. I wouldn't go near it after that and used to cry my eyes out when I was forced to wash it!

I used to believe that everyone had a max. number of words and sentences that they could say in their life time and that eventually you would run out and not be able to talk again.

So I used to be a very quite child

*sigh* wish this was so. My wife would have stopped about 7 years ago :)

I used to believe that I had special powers and that I had to complete tasks otherwise the witches would get me, for example getting through the gate before the red car coming down the road overtook me :)

Thankfully 10 years in a psychiatric ward and copious amounts of councelling has taught me that my special powers will always prevent the witches getting me so I know longer have to complete these tasks :blink::huh:

I used to think 30 years old was ANCIENT. I would think to myself that I couldn't possibly live that long.

Well, obviously I was WRONG, I am still alive way past 30. I do however spend a LOT more $ on maintenance. :(

I still think 30 is ANCIENT... and I'm rapidly approaching it!! :crybaby::crybaby::crybaby:

Getting old does have its advantages. You get a haircut ,not a hairstyle and you dont care who sees you shopping in Greenwoods. :D

As for the freaky 4 eyed, Two mouthed avatar, did anyone notice she only had one ear?
