you can get it off without taking the covers off,its easy to see on a ramp/lift :)

we all dont have ramps/lifts on our driveways :angry:

well you wont get it off without one,unless you are built like a pipecleaner :lol:

heard of a jack besty? :whistling:

you wouldnt catch me under no car wid a jack mate,maybe wid jill,hey dave ive got carbon fibre spanners aswell :lol:

on a serious note, does anyone DIY their oil change?

yeh i do,usually take it to my mates garage and borrow his lift,i use Castrol RS oil.i might try a pair of ramps next time.

Surely some on must have dont it with a jack on the driveway?

slighty :offtopic: but is castal magnatex oil anygood?

It is not needed to take the undercover away. Lie down at the left side of the car with your head a bit behind the left front weel. The first time it is tightend very hard in the factory.

There is not much space to use tools.
